the true shipping cost, rather than padding it into the
product price and calling it 'FREE'. This saves you money by
allowing us to research the lowest cost, fastest and most
reliable method of transportation to your location.
Standard Orders:
Shipping rates for most items we sell can be can be
calculated using our easy to use shipping calculator on the
shopping cart check-out screen. Other items may have
flat rate shipping to anywhere in the continental US or in
select cases, even free shipping provided by the
manufacturer which we pass along to you. For all other
items, we have determined that shipping on most items we sell
average about 10% of their cost. Therefore, shipping is
charged at a rate of 10% of the total cost of the items
(before tax cost of items). If however shipping
exceeds the 10% figure, we will contact you and provide a
proposal containing the revised shipping cost for your
approval before processing the order. Please
note: The minimum shipping and handling charge for all
orders is $9.95. Standard shipments are sent via UPS
ground.
Example: If you
have a product that costs $200 you would be charged $20 for
shipping on this item. If the actual shipping cost was
$25 because this item was unusually large our staff would
contact you before processing the order. On the
flipside, if the actual shipping cost was only $15, we'd
continue processing the order and only charge you the lower
amount.
Flat rate shipping
items, FREE shipping items (where the manufacturer pays the
shipping cost) and eBay items are charged at their stated
rate and are not subject to these shipping terms.
Speed /
Availability of Standard Orders: All
orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding
weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 5PM each
day are processed that same day. Most items are
in-stock at our main warehouse or are available for
immediate shipment directly from the manufacturer.
These orders are shipped within 24 hours. Occasionally
however, items may be backordered due to manufacturer's
delays or other circumstances beyond our control. A
sales representative will contact you if a backorder
situation occurs to determine if you would like to proceed
with your order.
Expedited Next Day
Air / Second Day Air Service Orders:
Orders requiring faster shipping methods such as Next Day
Air or Second Day Air will cost more than the standard 10%
shipping. Upon placement of your order, we will get
Next Day Air / Second Day Air freight quotes from several
major freight carriers including those shown below. We
will contact you and present you with the freight costs to
get the merchandise to your country at which time you can
decide whether or not to proceed with your order. If
you are requesting this type of service, please CALL US at
1-800-821-9153 to ensure that the expedited service is
available for the item you are ordering.
International
Orders: International
orders will cost more than the standard 10% shipping.
Certain shipments may require additional transit time for
customs clearance. Shipping rates do not included
taxes, duties or other customs brokerage charges. We
are happy to provide a pro-forma invoice which you can
present to customs in your country to determine the exact
fees charged by your government. Upon placement of
your order, we will get freight quotes from several major
freight carriers including those shown below. We will
contact you and present you with the freight costs to get
the merchandise to your country at which time you can decide
whether or not to proceed with your order.
